South Central Montana Area Health Education Center

The National Area Health Education Center (AHEC) program was developed by Congress in 1971 to recruit, train and retain a health professions workforce committed to rural and underserved populations. The National AHEC program is comprised of 56 program offices (nearly one in every state) and 235 regional centers.
